Grayson Allen (Pick Up): Great stuff from Allen, who needs to be rostered in all leagues. He can be a top-100 player in a bench role and can do much more in the categories that are difficult to find on the wire than most players who were either drafted in the final rounds or went undrafted in 12-team leagues. Allen is one of the few late-round guards who can help in points, assists, and FT%. Do not drop him once Kon Knueppel and/or Coby White return. Allen has shown that he is capable of producing borderline mid-round numbers in a high-20s supporting role.

Moussa Diabate (Pick Up): The minutes are very interesting and not super surprising. In preseason, it did look like Diabate’s role was larger than usual. The nature of preseason made it hard to know for sure, but tonight confirms that his minutes ceiling isn’t in the mid-to-high-20s like it was last year. With 30+ MPG in play, Diabate should be rostered in all leagues. With that much run, he should be a very strong source of FG% impact and rebounds who does more in steals than most fives.

Dennis Schroder (Pick Up): Schroder is a short-term 12-team pickup. Do not drop anyone with a decent long-term outlook for the Hornet. The second White and Knueppel are healthy, Schroder’s minutes will fall into the mid-20s, where he won’t even be a 14-team league option.
