26/27 New Feature: Expanded Team Building Tool
There will be a second Team Building Tool available this year that allows subscribers to adjust for any non-standard league settings!
The original tool will still be available and will work as it always does. The expanded tool is for subscribers who play in leagues with additional rounds or non-standard categories. The new tool will function the same as the original tool, except now users will be able to adjust for number of rounds and any additional categories. The categories the Expanded Team Building Tool supports are PTS, 3PM, REB, AST, STL, BLK, FG%, FT%, TO, OREB, DREB, DD, FGM, FTM, 3P%, A/TO, EFG%, and TS%.
Here is a screenshot of the tool. As you can see, this sample team is made for a league with 15 rounds and 10 categories, three of which are non-standard categories. The numbers and player list used are from the 2025-2026 season. Once this season’s subscriptions are made available, the tool will be loaded with this season’s projections.
For those new to the site, here is a description of what the Team Building Tool does and how it can be used to make better decisions on draft day.
I have also made the original Team Building Tool available for all to use for the remainder of the summer. Those who haven’t subscribed to the site in the past can play around with the tool and get a better idea of how it works. Once subscriptions go live, the tool will be updated to include this season’s projections (which are updated regularly throughout preseason and daily during the regular season) and the draft order for each major host site.
