23/24 Jan. 9 Box Score Analysis (5 Games)

Donte DiVincenzo (Hold): Hold for now. The minutes have been scary in two of the last three games, but that was due to the Knicks being on the right side of a blowout in both. When the Knicks are in a tight one, DiVincenzo should be in the 26 MPG range which is enough to keep him inside of the top 100 as long as his current per-minute numbers stick. We should be skeptical that they will. DiVincenzo is having easily his best season as a pro. Before this season, he had usually been in the 13.0 PP36 and 2.5-to-3.0 3P36 range. This year, he’s sitting at 18.2 PP36 and a whopping 4.3 3P36 thanks to some elite shooting from deep (43.9 3P%). If his three-ball cools down, DiVincenzo could end up as more of a 14-team league option. If his minutes get into the 29 MPG range eventually, he should be a safe asset in 12-team leagues, even if the per-minute numbers come back to Earth a bit.
